Armond Aubray Arendell, 90 of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away of natural causes on February 6, 2019. Armond or Slim was born in Weiser, Idaho on July 18, 1928 to the late David and Marie Arendell. Armond loved to play basketball, hunting, and fishing. He was a Horseshow Champ and he played basketball with Wilt Chamberlain. He was a painter of 45years and a member of the Local 159 union. Armond was preceded in death by his parents, and four children. He leaves is loving wife, Connie Hickman Arendell and two children to cherish is memories. Armond has six grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Services will be held at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 N Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada; the viewing/visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 12 from 4-8pm and the funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 10am; burial to follow at Memory Gardens cemetery on 7251 Lone Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, Nevada. We will always carry your memory in our hearts.
