Betty Joyce Mccreless

Betty McCreless has joined our dad Printess in heaven. They were childhood sweethearts and she was a sixty-year resident of Las Vegas and loved every minute of it. A very talented person who had a long life sharing her artistic magic. She was the Fair Show manager for North Las Vegas and coordinated hot air balloon races for twenty years. She was the concierge at the Maxim for years. She loved making special Christmas and Birthday cards for her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She and Dad were rock hounds and made beautiful Indian style jewelry together. She had a story to tell about every rock she found and never forgot where they came from. They were avid square dancers. They loved going out in the desert in their dune buggy. Mom taught genealogy, collected stamps, played the steel guitar, was a CB and Ham radio enthusiast, collecting skip cards from all over the world. She loved to travel, go camping and fishing. In 2002 a lifelong dream of going to Greece to see where her Dad was born was fulfilled. She really loved life.

Betty is survived by her two sons, Maylon and his wife Mary and John and his wife Vickie. She has twelve grandchildren and thirty-four great grandchildren.
