Beverly Anna Claire Rainford Beverly Anna Claire Rainford, 90, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 30, 2021. She passed after a long battle with Alzheimer's that robbed her of many things she enjoyed such as knitting, baking and teaching children. She was born in Morris, MN on August 13, 1930 to William and Clara Ann Grossman. Bev is survived by her husband of 68 years, Ron; her 7 children, William, Michael, Daniel, Thomas, Roland Jr (Skip), Wayne and Teresa Randall; their spouses; 19 grandchildren; & 17 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters Corrine Burley (MN) and Sharon Mannor. She graduated valedictorian from Hancock High School in 1948. Ron and Bev married on Oct 18, 1952 and moved throughout the US and Germany while Ron was serving in the military until settling in Las Vegas upon Ron's retirement in 1971. Bev was a proud Scout den mother of her 6 Eagle Scouts and 1 Girl Scout 1st Class along with being a Silver Beaver recipient. She was an active member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church teaching and volunteering for more than 40 years. She will always be remembered for her kind heart, love of family and giving to others. Services will be Monday, June 14th with viewing at Bunker (925 N Las Vegas Blvd) at 9:00am; funeral mass at St. Francis de Sales Church (1111 Michael Way) at 10:30am with burial immediately following.
