Carmen Rene Wilks

It’s with great sorrow we announce the passing of our beloved Carmen Renee Wilks. She passed away peacefully on September 6th 2024, surrounded with love after fighting a long battle with cancer. Carmen was a long time resident of Las Vegas, NV and was a devoted wife to Joel Wilks for over 33 years. Her love and friendship are treasures we will carry forward with us in life. Spending time with loved ones was her greatest pastime. Another great source of joy in her life was her 30 year career with Boyd Gaming. She lived to help others and was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She cherished her brothers and never missed an opportunity to share memories of them. Her passionate spirit and spunky personality will be missed dearly by all that knew her.
