Carol Jean "Jeanie" Zaffini, 67 of Las Vegas, passed away on July 5,2006 after fighting a courageous battle with cancer.
She was preceded in death by her father, Don; mother, Maxine; and two brothers, Larry and Tony.
She was born March 15,1939 in Long Beach, California. She was a 30 year resident of Las Vegas.
Jeanie will be greatly missed by her loving family and many friends.
She is survived by her husband, Gen; siblings, Bobby Zilliox, June Stassin; children, Kenny (Cherrie),Christy, Kelly, Danny (Leslie); her stepchildren, Jeanne, Jane, Michael, Edward; grandchildren, Summer Jean, Craig, Colton, Annie; step-grandchildren, Jamie, Brooke, Jimmy, Paige; great grand-children, Anthony, Geno, Samantha, Brandon, Jered, Mackenzi, Harlan, Alisa and T.J.
Jeannie retiref from the Clark County School District after 30 years of making great food for all the staff at the Ed Shed.

Viewing will be at 9:00 a.m Monday, July 10,2006 with services to follow at 10:00 a.m.
