Chad lived in Jackson, Mississippi for 6 years and was employed by Pilot Travel Centers.  He was formerly employed as a cook at Treasure Island and Beano's Casino.  He also performed as a wandering magician at Beano's Casino

Chad is survived by Son, Ryan Jeremy Carter of Las Vegas. Father and Step-mother, Michael Floyd and Elka Carter, Las Vegas, NV. Mother and Step-father, Carolyn R and David E. Clarke, Jackson, Mississippi, Bother, Justin Hamilton Carter, Las Vegas, Step-brothers Christopher Clark and Joseph Clarke of Jackson, Mississippi. Fiancee, Samantha Frayde and her son, Brandon Jesus Frayde, Jackson, MI. Grandmother, Ethel Mayor, Gordonsville, Virginia, Grandmother, Priscilla DuVan,Las Vegas; Numberous Uncles, Nephews, Nieces and Cousins throughout the USA.
