Chester Calvin Lawson

Chester Calvin Lawson, with his family at his bedside, went to be with the Lord on January 13,2007.
Chester was born in Lexington, Oklahoma on July 6, 1923. he moved to Las Vegas with his wife and daughters in 1960. He was a teacher for the Clark County School District until his retirement in 19085. Chester loved to teach math and instilled that desire to teach to his family with four becoming teachers and one as an administrator for the Clark County Schools.
Chester is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Thelma of 62 years; and two daughters, Nancy (Tom) and Margaret ( Jerry). He is also survived by many grandchildren, Vicki, Carlos, Tommy, Jennie, Jennifer, Jamie Casey, Laura, Dan, Melinda and Gabriel; and great-grandchildren, Christopher, Altheas, Alexis, Thomas, Reghan, Kristen, Tyler, Jason, Andrew, Madeline, Sarah, Kylea, Samantha and Alexander Calvin.
We all love you Dad and will be waiting to see you again
