Colleen Patricia Holbury

It is with deep sorrow and profound love that we announce the passing of C. Patricia Holbury, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who passed away peacefully on December 24th 2024, at the age of 67.

Patricia, known fondly as “Pat” by those who loved her, was a remarkable woman whose life was marked by kindness, devotion, and a tireless commitment to others. She was a constant presence in the lives of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, sharing her love, wisdom, and warmth with all who knew her. Her role as a grandmother was one of her greatest joys, and she was a guiding light to her family, always present and deeply involved in their lives. A dedicated professional, Pat devoted her career to public service, working in the mental health field for the State of Nevada. For many years, she worked tirelessly to support and uplift those in need, always striving to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Her commitment to mental health and well-being was a reflection of her deep compassion and desire to make the world a better place.

Pat was also a devoted member of Christ the King Catholic Church, where she gave her time and talents to serve her faith community. Patricia was preceded in death by her father; William Rush Sr, mother; Penni Rush; and sister Dede Hampton. Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Robert J. Holbury Jr; her daughter, Adriana Bennett (Dennis); her cherished grandchildren, Jamar Bennett (Mary), Adriaun Bennett, Ayriaun Bennett, Joshua Wilhelm; and her adored great-grandchildren, Ja’Miyah Bennett, Mason Bennett, Brooklyn Bennett; brother, William “Billy” Rush (Jo); sister, Valerie Stewart (George); a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held on January 23, 2024 10:00 am at Bunker’s 925 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89101 where friends and family will gather to honor her memory.

Patricia will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love, kindness, and service will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
