DeNeil Rae Townsend, 55 of Las Vegas, passed away on Thursday, January 25,2007.
She was born on July 24,1955 in Sacramento, California. DeNeil lived in Northern California until moving to Northern Nevada in 1981.
She was a graduate of the Sacramento Business College. DeNeil dedicated her life to family, friends and animals. She was an avid 49er football fan. DeNeil's passion was working with seniors as a nursing assistant and social worker in long term care. She moved to Las Vegas in 1998, working in dental offices. To know her was to love her. She was warm hearted and a loyal compassionate person. Quite a character also!.
DeNeil is survived by her loving husband, Michael James; mother, Margaret Simons; in-laws, Everett and Marie James; sisters and brothers; nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews; and numerous long time friends.
