Doris Benfatti

Doris was surrounded by her loving family as she completed a courageous battle with cancer on February 5,2005. Her sister Donna was at her side throughout her long illness and was called her Guardian Angel. Doris was born in Indiana and resided in Las Vegas for 14 years. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Anthony Benfatti Jr.:two sisters and one brother.  Doris is survived by her six daughters and their spouses, Terry and Don Butz, Karen and Gene Burkhead, Diana and Rod Roy, Donna Blanchard-Holt, Darlene and Robert Hare and Christine and John Moore; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandson; her two sisters and four brothers, Bonnie Baker and Donna Martin,Rex Smuts, Herb Smuts, Bob Smuts and Danny Smuts.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Odyssey Health Care of Las Vegas.
