Ernestine Gail Williams

A WELL-LIVED LIFE

“Gail” was born in Las Vegas, Nevada to Mary Heard and Fred Richardson on February 5th, 1966.

At an early age, Gail became known as the family’s mischief maker. She always had a smile and was willing to engage in pranks that would bring a smile to everyone’s face.

Gail attended Las Vegas High School and graduated in 1984. She graduated from Marinello School of Beauty and was a licensed cosmetologist. She was also a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University. Gail was employed by Kids Learning Path as a supervisor.

Gail accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized by the late Reverend Nathaniel Whitney in 1988 at the Greater Evergreen M.B. Church.

Gail met and married her ex-husband, Roger Williams in 1990.

Gail was preceded in death by her mother Mary Heard; her sister Dorothy Lay; her brother Melvin Washington and her nephew, Anthony Funches.

She is survived by her two children: her daughter Devyona and her son, Devon both of Las Vegas, NV. One sister, Fay heard and one brother, Gregory Heard both of Las Vegas, NV; 3 grandchildren, Harmony, Robert and Josiah; her Godchild Au’Lijah and a favorite niece Javae who she called “Mimi.” Gail also leaves a host of family and friends.
