Gary Robert Mongeau

Gary R. Mongeau passed away June 26, 2024 at Nathan Adelson Hospice with his wife and son by his side. Born January 22, 1944 to Robert and Antonette Mongeau. He is survived by his wife Betty(Tudryn), son Matthew, granddaughter Madison, sister Roberta plus many extended family members and friends. Gary so appreciated the phone calls from his sister Roberta, cousins terry and Kathy and Granddaughter Madison. He could be heard having a good laugh during those calls. He also enjoyed a good Cribbage game with Bob and the sincere caring support of our neighbors who quickly became great friends. Gary was courageous and inspiring as he faced his health challenges without complaint. "Say not in grief that he is no more, live in the thankfulness that he was".

In lieu of flower donations can be made to Smith Voc/ Agricultural High school for the Donald J. Tudryn Scholarship fund in memory of Gary R. Mongeau, 80 Locust St. Northampton, MA 01060 or to a charity of one's own choice. There are no services per Gary's request. Burial will be July 25, 2024 at 10am at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada.
