James Braxton Kelly, 72 a Judge of North Las Vegas died Saturday, May 13,2006.
Judge Kelly was a justice of the peace for 25 years, was a former city council member, past president of the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, and past president of the Nevada Judges Association.
Judge Kelly and his wife Devora lived in North las Vegas since 1959. Throughout their more than 5 decades of marriage, they traveled the world visiting locations such as Mexico, France, London and Italy.
He is survived by his wife Devera; daughter,Cindy; and son,Brian
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 18,2006
