In Memory of Judith Ann Eaton
It is with a heavy heart that I let the many people who knew and loved my mom know that she passed away after a long battle with Alzheimers. She was a loving mother and a friend to many. She worked at Valley Hospital in the ICU for almost 30 years caring for those who were sick. She had a nickname, they called her St.Jude. She was active in her church and spent her retirement years in service of those less fortunate. She was my best friend and we traveled together and had many adventures. She loved the theater, animals, skiing, hiking, babies and shopping. We would always find interesting things to do like driving to Cali to see the gardens at The Library or driving to Arizona to the balloon fests. We once went to Georgia just to go tubing down a river! We went zip lining in Big Bear and had ski trips at Brian Head. We put together great Christmas parties in my classroom. She would buy all of my students gifts and make cookies and other delicious food for them every year. She loved her precious Yorkies and even my pet rats! The world has lost a wonderful soul, but heaven has gained a beautiful, caring and wonderful woman. You will be missed by everyone that knew and loved you and by so many others whose lives you touched even if they didn't know you had a hand in helping them. I love you mom, my best friend.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Jim Eaton, daughter Tamara, grandsons Matthew and Ryan. She will join her son, Jason, grandson Nicholas, brother Thomas and parents John and Doris in heaven. May you rest in peace.
