Katherine Sarno

Katherine Sarno, 93 of Las Vegas passed away 12/16/19. She was born in Toledo, OH. She was a loving wife to her husband Al for 68 years. She attended all of her husbands soccer and softball games, she always made sure there were cut-up orange slices for all the players at halftime. Before moving to Las Vegas, Kay worked at Wonder Bread in Toledo, OH. Kay was a stay-at-home mom and devoted mother to her son, Thomas. Later Kay worked as a Keno runner at The Silver Nugget. She also worked at the Clark County School District for approximately 20 years. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed making her specialities like Italian meatballs, chili and avocado/tomato salsa dip. She was also a wonderful artist that loved painting, and her husband made all the frames for her paintings. Kay will be missed for her kindness and love for others!
