Linda Joan Livingston

September 24, 1942 — January 19, 2025

Linda Joan Livingston, age 82, passed away peacefully on January 19th, 2025, at her home in Las Vegas, Nevada surrounded with love by her only daughter Paige Livingston and her future son-in-law Fabrizio Solari. She was born in Los Angeles, California to Oscar and Beverly Castorina on September 24, 1942. She grew up in West Covina, with her older brother Adrian and older sister Valerie. She went to Covina High School and graduated in 1960. After 2 years at Santa Monica College, she moved to Chicago, IL to work for Playboy. Linda was a beautiful Playboy Bunny for 7 years. She worked in the Chicago Playboy Club, where she met the love of her life, Clifford L. Livingston, who was an NFL linebacker for the New York Giants at the time and in town to play the Chicago Bears. They lost track of each other, and she left Chicago and opened the first Playboy Club in the Philippines. When returning from the Philippines a year later, she moved to Los Angeles and opened the LA Playboy Club. As fate would have it, Cliff, who was playing for the LA Rams then, came into the LA Playboy Club and they reconnected. A love that was meant to be. Linda also did modeling and had the honor to be Miss Fiat and Miss Fire Prevention. Linda and Cliff got married in 1967 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

They had one daughter, Paige. They moved to Hawaii where they lived for 7 years. Then they moved to Newport Beach, California where they lived for over twenty years and then moved to their final home of twenty years, Las Vegas, Nevada. After forty-three years of marriage together, Cliff went to heaven.

Linda was a loving, devoted mother and wife. She was extremely creative and imaginative. She invented the “Los Angeles Can of Smog” for the 1984 LA Summer Olympics, and The Weather Bears, among many other inventions. She loved designing clothes with her sister Valerie, and they started their own line of clothing. She was an outstanding cook and was legendary for her spectacular Petti di Pollo, mouth watering marinara sauce, and outstanding, one of a kind, “My Own” dressing. She loved cooking, dining, traveling, playing video poker and spending every moment possible with her daughter and her loved ones. Johnny Mathis, Barry White and Michael Bublé’ were some of her favorite musical artists. She had a kind, caring, loving, generous heart of gold and was a gentle soul. She was feisty at times, with an adorable sense of humor. She had an infectious laugh, big beautiful brown eyes and a gorgeous smile. Linda was so strong, overcoming numerous medical issues and beating breast cancer 14 years ago, with her devoted daughter by her side every step of the way. She is now enjoying paradise and dancing in heaven with her dearly beloved husband Cliff. She will be forever loved and forever missed.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Paige K. Livingston, brother, Adrian Collins, sister-in-law Marian Collins, sister Valerie Hirst, brother-in-law Dr. Robert Hirst, nieces and nephews, Crista, Marne, Domenica, Attis, and Edmond and their husbands and wives and numerous children among them.
