Lucille R Honsvick

Lucille R. Honsvick passed away peacefully in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 16, 2024 at the age of 80 years.

She was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin on July 18, 1943 to parents Clarence Mier, Sr. and Erana Mier.

Lucille graduated with a Master's Degree in Education.  She worked for years as a second-grade teacher at CC Ronnow Elementary School and loved every minute of it.

In the late1980’s she met the love of her life, Willard Honsvick to whom she ended up marrying the following years and were married in Nevada in 1990.

Willard preceded her in death on April 29, 2002.  She is also predeceased by her sisters:  Nancy Demmith and Arlene Demmith.  She is survived by siblings: Judy Mattie, Patty Roby, Jean Gearu, Sallie Jones, Genevieve Arnold, Jack Mier, Francis Mier and Clarence Mier, Jr.

She is also survived by her children: Theresa Jensen and Clayton Biewer; grandchildren: Matthew, Hannah, Rachael, Michael and Leah and many nieces and nephews.

Lucille loved Pepsi, traveling, writing poetry, playing bingo and crafting.  She also has several computer certifications.

Her favorite way to spend her time was with her husband, Willard, and their family.

She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her……her family, her friends, and her students.
