Patricia Kaye Kelly-Samuels

Patricia (Patti) Samuels passed away on Tuesday morning, December 24, 2024, after fighting numerous health issues and surgeries.  She was 76 years old.  Patti was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia on February 9, 1948 to Ray and Lois Kelly.

Patti grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada.  She graduated from Las Vegas High School.  Patti worked as a Cocktail Waitress at Circus Circus – that is where she met her future husband, John.  John and Patti were married for 35 years.

Patti loved all three of her pups; the last one is named Skooter.  Patti loved playing games on her computer. She also loved fishing and off-road racing.  Patti and John were ‘Summerbirds’ – Every April, they left the heat in Las Vegas to enjoy the cool weather in Parowan, Utah.  They would return to Vegas in October.  They had many friends that enjoyed both the hot/cool seasons.  They played cards and games with friends.

Patti was very knowledgeable about many subjects.  She was the one person that people went to for answers/advice.  She leaves behind her husband, John, and three children Cal, Dani and Billy; and a sister, Dale Ann.  She leaves behind the following grandchildren:  Jake, Kyla, Taylor, Chase, Ryder, Aiden and Emmerson.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother named Mike, and a sister named Barbara.

Patti will be cremated.  There will be a Celebration of Life for Patti in the future
