Percy Watts

Percy was born in Monroe, LA.  He became a Nevada resident in the 1960's. Percy was a valkued 32 year employee of the Review-Journa and an important part of their Custodial Services Department.  He was preceded in death by his father, Isaac Watts;mother Mary Tyler Bell; and is longtime companion, Irene Tibbs.  Percy is survived by his sister, Addie Bell of Mississippi;brother, Peter Watts and Sam Asberry, both of Califronia; many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. and his family at the Review-Journal who will miss his contagious smile.
