Rachel Hubbard

Rachel was born in Snowville, Utah and resided in Las Vegas since 1952.  She was a homemaker. Rachel was the east Las Vegas Stake primary presdident for 24 years.  She was the Boulder Dam Area Council District Trainer and the recipient of the Silver Fawn award.  She is survived by her sons, John Hubbard, Odell Hubbard and George McDevitt, all of Las Vegas;daughter Jackie Tomaselli of Cedar City, Utah; brothers Is Larkin of Texas and Larry Larking of Willard, Utah.  She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
