Shirley Jo Weber was born September 29th,1936 in Butler, MO.to Dexter D. and Ethel M. (Wolfe) Bassett. She was a Las Vegas resident since 1956.Now residing in Heaven.
Devoted wife of George A. Weber, Jr. for 25 years, until his untimely passing in 1980. Loving mother of Andy, Jeff, Dori and Amy Weber. She liked bowling and never tired of her worldwide traveling with good friends and family.
She was a retired respitory therapist. She loved helping others. Shirley and her family were one of the original charter families in the 1960's at Central Christian Church. She was a tireless servant of the Lord until her passing. She performed countless hours of volunteer work and will surely carry on in Heaven. She was loved by many and will surely be missed. She is surived by two sons; Andy Weber of Las Vegas and Jeff Weber of California; two daughters, Dori Vescio of Arizona and Amy Delvalle of Virginia; two sisters, Marvel Walker and Rose Brickle of Missouri; four grandchildren, Savannah, Jo'Nel and Joshua Weber; and AJ Devalle; several nieces and nephews; and countless dear friends.
Preceding her into the Pearly Gates of Heaven wer her father, Dexter D. Bassett; mother, Ethel M. (Wolfe) Bassett; brother, Les Hancock; sisters, Helen Hall and Bernita Deshields; and the love of her life, her husband, George A. Weber Jr.
A celebration of life service will be held:
