Velma L. Meyers, 88 of Las Vegas, passed away on Monday, January 29,2007.
She was born on May 25,1918 in London Mills, Illinois. and was a resident of Nevada since 1960.
Velma was a micro filmer with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department ( Senior Citizens Program.)
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Jacobs of North Las Vegas; son, Gary Schoonover of Bloomington, ILL; daughter, Pat Savarese of Rancho Sante Fe, California and six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m.
