Willis Leslie Bergh

April 25, 1920 — January 25, 2005

Willis Leslie Bergh, better knows to family members as Papa, was born in Richmond, VA.  He was the youngest of nine children.  He served as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force during World War I, which brought him to Las Vegas in 1944.  From 1945 to 1981, he was employed as the accountant and office manager of the only Lincoln-Mercury dealership in Las Vegas.  After retiring in 1981, he returned to his home state of Virginia, where he resided until 1999 and returned to Las Vegas.  Willis served as president and state secretary of the Las Vegas Fraterna Order of Eagles and was also a member of the Amercain Legion Post in Kilmarnock, VA.  He is survived by his wife of nearly 60 years, Muriel;daughters, Linda, Sherrie,Debra and Wendy;grandchildren, Heidi, Cody Jessica,Shane,Gabriel and Summer; and great-grandchildren, Sterling,Dylan,Kayla and April.
Family suggests that contributions be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation
